Nope, not at all. Look, everyone starts somewhere and we've trained people from complete beginners to competitive athletes. Our coaches are really good at scaling workouts to match where you're at right now. You'll work at your own pace and gradually build up - that's the whole point. We've had folks walk through our doors who couldn't do a single push-up, and within a few months they're crushing full workouts. Just show up and we'll meet you where you are.

Yeah, absolutely! We offer free trial sessions because honestly, you should experience what we're about before dropping any cash. Just give us a call or shoot us an email and we'll get you booked in. You'll get to meet the coaches, check out the facility, and jump into a real class. No pressure, no sales pitch - just come see if it's a good fit for you. Most people know pretty quickly if our vibe works for them.

Keep it simple - wear comfortable workout clothes, bring running shoes with good support, and a water bottle. We've got everything else covered including towels and all the equipment. If you've got specific shoes for lifting or prefer your own gear, feel free to bring it. Oh, and maybe pack a change of clothes because you're gonna sweat. We've got showers and changing rooms if you need 'em. That's literally it - don't overthink it.

Our classes run about 45-60 minutes and they're designed to keep you moving. We start with a proper warm-up to get your body ready, then move into the main workout which mixes cardio bursts with strength movements. You'll rotate through different stations or exercises, working hard for short periods with brief recovery. We finish with a cool-down and some stretching. The beauty of HIIT is that it's efficient - you get a killer workout without spending hours in the gym. Plus, the group energy makes it way more fun than grinding through a workout solo.

Yeah, we do both and honestly they work great together. Some members do group classes a few times a week and then add personal training sessions to work on specific goals or movements. Our trainers can create customized programs that complement what you're doing in class. If you've got particular goals like prepping for a competition, dealing with an old injury, or just want more focused attention, personal training is definitely worth considering. We can also bundle nutrition coaching with it if that's something you're after.

We ask for at least 3 hours notice if you need to cancel a booked class. Life happens and we totally get that - just let us know through the app or give us a call. If you cancel within that window, no problem, your credit stays on your account. Late cancels or no-shows might get charged depending on your membership type, but we're pretty reasonable about it. The main thing is that classes fill up fast and we wanna make sure spots don't go to waste when there's a waitlist. Communication is key - just keep us in the loop.
